1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp curray powder
1/2 tsp salt
8 chicken thighs (skin-on or skinnless)
Mix first 5 ingredients in a 13x9" pan. Add chicken thighs making sure to get sauce evenly on chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 hour basting once. Serve over rice.

I used a whole chicken cut into pieces and it was yummy! I usually do a honey/mustard marinade, but the addition of curry was perfect. Flavor, but not spicy. Kids loved it. Thanks!
